Acceptable use policy

You agree not to misuse the OneGlimpse services (from now on referred to as our "Services") or help anyone else to do so. Below we will outline what actions, among others, we consider “misuse”.

In regard to sending Glimpses, you agree not to do any of the following:

  • send a Glimpse to more than 100 recipients;

  • send more than 100 Glimpses per day;

  • circumvent maximum Glimpse size limits;

  • bypass the maximum sharing time of a Glimpse;

  • send unsolicited communications, promotions/advertisements, or spam to recipients.

  • send altered, misleading or false source-identifying information, including phishing or spoofing; or

  • promote or advertise products or services other than your own without appropriate authorisation.

In connection with the cybersecurity of our Services, you must not even try to do the following:

  • download, save, print, take screenshots or take photos with an external device of a received Glimpse when you don’t have the permission of the sender;

  • share your screen during an online call and open a Glimpse, so that third-parties can see the Glimpse without the permission of the sender;

  • probe, scan or test for other vulnerabilities of any of our systems or networks;

  • breach or circumvent any security and/or authentication measures;

  • gain access to, tamper with or use non-public parts of our Services;

  • interfere with or disrupt any user, system or network, for example by sending a virus, spamming, overloading, flooding or mail-bombing our Services; or

  • enter, search or create accounts for our Services by any means other than our public interfaces, for example creating accounts in bulk or scraping our Services.

Last, related to violating the law, we strongly advise you not to do the following:

  • sell our Services without our specific authorisation to do so;

  • share materials that are unlawfully pornographic or indecent, or that contain extreme acts of violence or terrorist activity, including terror propaganda;

  • advocate bigotry or hatred against any person or group of people based on their race, religion, ethnicity, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or impairment;

  • violate the law in any way, including sharing material that's fraudulent, defamatory or misleading;

  • violate the privacy or infringe the rights of others; or

  • harass or abuse OneGlimpse personnel or representatives or agents performing services on behalf of OneGlimpse.

If you don’t adhere to our acceptable use policy, we reserve the right to ban you from using our Services and/or take the appropriate legal actions.
